Changelog

• Added .NET 10 as an additional target framework (see 108c79c)
  .NET 8 is soon reaching end-of-life, so the package now also targets .NET 10.

• Updated the Skybrud.Essentials dependencies (see 6416b70)
  Skybrud.Essentials and Skybrud.Essentials.Http have now been updated to their newest versions (v1.1.69 and v1.2.3 respectively). This is particular important for Skybrud.Essentials, as recent versions marks various old logic as obsolete - with some of the logic removed in the upcoming v1.2.x. By updating to v1.1.69, this package is also compatible wth the current v1.2.0-alpha004.

• Added Newtonsoft.Json as a direct dependency (see 5d6675e)
  For legacy reasons, Skybrud.Essentials v1.1 has a dependency for an older version Newtonsoft.Json, which has one or more vulnerabilities. The dependency is updated in Skybrud.Essentials v1.2, but since this isn't finished yet, we add Newtonsoft.Json as a direct dependency here instead.

• Removed Nullable dependency (see 7b1a958)
  This is necessary as we are building for newer versions of .NET that doesn't require polyfill.
